Our Quality Management System
The O&H Quality Management System is frequently audited by BSI (British Standards Institution) and conforms to ISO 9001:2008. It is communicated, recognised, understood and reinforced by every O&H team member. This provides the basis of assurance and control for the quality and supply of our internal and external customer requirements.
Our criteria for quality control is safeguarded by a right “first time every time” build ethic and quality objectives to drive our KPI’s. Our suppliers are also thoroughly assessed to make sure that only the best components are approved for installation in our O&H converted vehicles. Our core values are paramount in all our activities, from engineering and design through to the completion of the vehicle. We ensure that all our conversions reach optimum quality standards by remaining flexible to the demands of the changing markets, customer requirements and regulations.
